Booked a ticket for an event in May,but the event was canceled from the organisers and I received an email on 6th of March that fullnrefund will be issued within 11 days. Haven't received anything and when I have sent email asking for an update I've been told to forward the initial email... just refund my money I've paid on time as you said. Gonna have to contact my bank and report a scam again if don't hear back and see my money in my account. Why have to be so much hassle, terrible service,will never book again.
