My vehicle was returned to me with damage following its MOT. I utilized a collection and drop-off service for the MOT in London. When the car was brought back, I noticed a new scrape and brought it to the attention of the driver. He insisted it wasn't new and suggested I check the photos. Upon reviewing the photos he took, it was clear that the scrape was not present when he collected the car. Either he or the service center returned my car damaged. I've reached out to customer support for assistance and am awaiting their reply, but what should have been a straightforward task has turned into a larger issue that may require another trip to the service center and extra costs. I regret choosing this service and would not use it again.
