The service was very good. The driver came to my place and got an SMS notification for every updates. It was really peaceful and less headache for me to do during office hours and i got my car done with MOT within 5 hours on the same day including pick up at my home and delivering back at my home.
My vehicle was returned to me with damage following its MOT. I utilized a collection and drop-off service for the MOT in London. When the car was brought back, I noticed a new scrape and brought it to the attention of the driver. He insisted it wasn't new and suggested I check the photos. Upon reviewing the photos he took, it was clear that the scrape was not present when he collected the car. Either he or the service center returned my car damaged. I've reached out to customer support for assistance and am awaiting their reply, but what should have been a straightforward task has turned into a larger issue that may require another trip to the service center and extra costs. I regret choosing this service and would not use it again.

Communication was excellent throughout, and my car was collected and delivered on time, with repairs completed at the quoted price. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.
I scheduled a repair job that was initially quoted at £619.91. The following day, I was informed that the actual cost would be £1303 due to a discrepancy on the website, and they even had the audacity to ask if that was acceptable. Thankfully, this was before any work was done, and I canceled immediately. This behavior is utterly outrageous—avoid this service at all costs.
This was a very disappointing experience. They quoted a certain price, then called to say my car wouldn’t pass the MOT without paying for unnecessary extra work that had nothing to do with it. I almost ended up paying double. When the car was returned, I realized the repairs were not done properly. I feel deceived and will never use this service again. I do not recommend it.
