Poor experience as they called to rebook a week after I initially confirmed my booking. The driver called at 0730 to collect my car, an hour earlier than expected and did not present any identification upon arrival. I had a follow up email at the end of the day saying they finished but I haven't received my car and offices are closed for the weekend. May not see it until Monday so greatly inconvenienced! Won't use again.
