The washing machine part was delivered in about two weeks time, instead of the guaranteed 48-72h delivery. Upon requesting a full refund because the problem had been resolved otherwise by then, they refunded the cost of the part minus shipping (25%).
Upon sending my complaint, they did not answer anymore.
Not cool.
