The washing machine part was delivered in about two weeks time, instead of the guaranteed 48-72h delivery. Upon requesting a full refund because the problem had been resolved otherwise by then, they refunded the cost of the part minus shipping (25%).

Upon sending my complaint, they did not answer anymore.

Not cool.

Worst costumer service - I git wrong item and they make me pay for return

I ordered 1 item and they sent me another one. Then I asked for a change and they asked me to return the item sent (which return i have to pay). Then order a new item, paying double for sending now. I complain that is their fault to send me an item I did not order and they keep insisting that they are not responsible.

We ordered a baking plate

We ordered a baking plate. We carefully ordered it according to the oven number. When it arrived it was too big and we returned it to Fiyo. When Fiyo received the return they informed us that it was damaged and we would not receive a reimbursement. They sent pictures of evidence of the damage and we were rather shocked and upset. So much so that we asked for the plate to be returned to us so we could see the damage in reality. When we opened the parcel we were even more shocked to see there was no damage at all.

Poor quality and support

Got a tool to switch saw blades that is very poor quality. Metal is glued and not welded. Broke on 2. Use.Had it for 1 year (I don’t change blades that often) broke on 2. Use. Fiyo doesn’t want to replace it. I’ll find same quality and service on wish/temu.

Old fridge bottle shelf part

One of the shelves of my old fridge has been broken for a while, finally found a place where I could find the part and after browsing though their website and feeling overwhelmed with the possibility of buying the wrong device, I decided was best to ask for their help in getting me the right fitting part.Their response was fast and they even offered me an image to better pinpoint which part I was seeking. After such easy conversation, they sent me a link to the exact part I was in need off.Besides this the delivery was fast, coming just in the next day, and their customer service was super friendly.Was really happy with all the experience and will for sure resource to buying things from here again in the future when the need arises.
