We ordered a baking plate. We carefully ordered it according to the oven number. When it arrived it was too big and we returned it to Fiyo. When Fiyo received the return they informed us that it was damaged and we would not receive a reimbursement. They sent pictures of evidence of the damage and we were rather shocked and upset. So much so that we asked for the plate to be returned to us so we could see the damage in reality. When we opened the parcel we were even more shocked to see there was no damage at all.
