Order items worth £495 one month ago, still no sign of any of my items, tracking number doesn’t work, the customer service replied a few weeks later and said they would contact the delivery company. They then responded to say I had requested a delay to my delivery with the delivery company - completely not true as I didn’t even have a tracking number or any notification!! They then gave me another tracking number, which doesn’t work and now the company are ignoring all emails, they’ve taken my money and given me no product. It seems as though the package was lost from them to UPS but they are failing to acknowledge this and sort it out. THIEVES
