Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with affiliate Fjallraven, part of Fenix Outdoor.I tried no less than three times to cancel an order, as I had my eye on a more expensive jacket in their range, to no avail.Said order was then dispatched well over a week ago and still no sign of it. Leaving me out of pocket to the sum of almost £400.You would think that in these times of financial uncertainty that Companies such as the aforementioned would at least try and put customer service first, sadly not the case for order number FW9737595537. However should either company go bust due to the financial constraints on customers who are being undervalued, then in my utmost honest and humble opinion Fenix Outdoor will have to look directly at their customer service or lack thereof.
