Ordered a pair on the 12th December with 5-7 day delivery. It’s now Christmas Eve and the shoes are still at the first point of travel. Customer service has been completely useless, response is slow and not factual information just a lot of ifs and buts. No offer of resolution and they pick and choose whether they are working on business days or calendar days to suit their needs. I can’t say anything for the quality of the shoes as they haven’t arrived. If I’m lucky and they ever turn up and I am at home I shall be refusing delivery as per their suggestion to avoid the returns process I will likely be required to pay for which I will dispute profusely should I need to. I love the look of the shoes but I won’t be bothering to re order. I’m not unreasonable and completely appreciate delays happen but the lack any kind of customer service or accountability is disgraceful.
