I had a very positive experience with Flabelus and was impressed with the customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to an address in Spain which unfortunate did not arrive - they must have got lost in the post, but the Flabelus team were extremely helpful, they responded to my emails and took every step to try and locate the shoes. When they were unable to locate them they sent me a new order for the two pairs of shoes at no extra cost. I absolutely love the shoes, beautiful colours, materials and extremely comfortable!
