I am really surprised about all of these terrible customer service reviews! I personally had a fantastic experience. I needed to return the shoes as they didn’t quite fit my tiny little feet right. They got back to me straight away with how to return them. I then ended up missing the return deadline due to personal factors. I got in touch with them to see if it was still alright to return as they had still not been worn once. They reassured me that I could still return them due to my situation. I returned them a week over the due date and I have been contacted directly to say the shoes have been receieved and a full refund has been issued! Fantastic communication and great customer service! I will absolutely be buying from them again as the shoes were beautiful, I just need a different size!
