Ordered a sale pair of shoes. Got contacted by customer service that these were displayed as in stock even though they were sold out. When asked if I can pick a different colour customer service said yes as long as I pay the full price instead of the sale price. When I said that allowing me to pick a different colour at the same price as the sale price would have been the least they could do given they made a mistake I got ghosted. Terrible company
