Absolutely appalling customer service. The worst interaction with any company ever, they do not care about their customers at all. A week later and many emails--and they bother texting a passive aggressive reply blaming me then saying they still haven't sent my item. They said it's out of stock. Their website says otherwise. I caught them in two easily verifiable lies. The petty indifferent tone of the customer service is more what you expect from a street urchin, not a serious company. I now wonder will my money and/or product be lost. They post this stuff about "females in business" and empowerment ... but treat their female customers worst than any other seller I ever dealt with. A modest seller from China treats you better when you purchase a 3$ item. I predict they'll go out of business and will definitely be escalating to get my money back. They aren't cheap either.
