They replied after I sent 2 emails, after 10 days (when they say they reply in 72h max) asking for my information (which they already had) saying they would schedule a pick up.2. They never replied back, I since sent 3 emails.3. It’s been over a month and still no replies.4. Meanwhile my money is with them and I have shoes I don’t want!
