I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered four pairs, of which three were incorrect. I emailed them immediately with pictures of the box labels, pictures of the incorrect items, and all the info required - and I waited the full 72 hours per their time frame to receive a response and got nothing. I called on Friday, they said they would send out correct items on Monday, and a return label for the incorrect shoes, and would email me with the tracking. She tells me I’ll get the shoes by Thursday. Monday comes and Monday goes. Tuesday comes and Tuesday goes. I did try to call on Tuesday - there was no answer. So finally, Wednesday at 5am NY time - I call. The lady tells me they’ve been shipped and she will send me the tracking code. I receive an email 45 minutes later from her saying she’s requested the tracking info from the warehouse and she’ll let me know as soon as she receives this. This has been a terrible experience- ongoing for the past two weeks, and still not yet resolved. If you can find the shoes you want from Nordstrom - just go there and spare yourselves. The service has been absolutely irritating.
