They seem to decide whether to consider business days or calendar days based on their convenience. I can't evaluate the quality of the shoes since they haven't arrived. If they show up while I’m home, I plan to refuse delivery, following their advice to avoid a potentially complicated returns process. I admire the shoe design, but I won’t be ordering again. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of proper customer service and accountability is simply unacceptable.
