SIGNIFICANT SCAM. I ordered a specific item and was informed it would arrive between the 13th and 15th of January. Today, I received an email stating that the order was returned to the company, erroneously claiming I requested a refund, which I did not, and I still haven't received my 65 euros back. Very disappointing.
