SIGNIFICANT SCAM. I placed an order for an item that was supposed to arrive between the 13th and 15th of January. Today, I received an email indicating that the order was returned to the company, falsely claiming I initiated a refund, which I did not, and I still haven't received my 65 euros back. Terrible experience.

Very disappointing.
One product was missing from my order, and the company is insisting on completing paperwork as a 'legal requirement' instead of sending the missing item or issuing a refund. Extremely poor service and a waste of time. AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are many better sites for beauty products with superior customer service.
I ordered around 100 euros worth of products from Germany to Italy on January 1 and 2. Despite the holiday, the items arrived on time as promised. Excellent prices, quick email responses, and tracking. I will definitely order again and have recommended this service to my daughters as well.
I purchased items from the company, but they never arrived, and they blamed the postal service. They refunded only a third of what I paid while dealing with the postal dispute. I have not received responses to three emails and am still waiting for my money back.
