I have been a customer of flaconi for many years, but the past weeks experience changed my mind.My package arrived and was opened from both sides, with a perfume missing. When I tried to solve the issue with Flaconi they said they cannot do anything as Hermes had delivered at the specified place. So after not replying to my emails anymore, I decided to just pay for the missing items as I dont want to have issues later.After reading through the comments I am also starting to believe Flaconi and Hermes have some sort of a deal.Lesson learned, never buying from Flaconi and never ever put a delivery location with Hermes
