I placed an order with Flamingals using their app after applying valid discounts and promotions they offered. My order (51 items) was processed and confirmed, and I paid $5.99 for shipping. A short time later, Flamingals canceled the order without my request and sent a link to reorder—but with the most valuable item removed and a new transaction ID.Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times asking them to honor the original confirmed transaction or offer a fair substitute. Instead, I’ve received only generic replies offering a 15% discount code, which does not address the issue. They have ignored all other concerns.This feels deceptive—like a bait-and-switch—and completely unprofessional. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and FTC and will continue warning others until this is resolved.
