This was my first purchase, placed on 12.12.2025, with delivery to Portugal and the reassuring note that the goods would arrive before Christmas. Today is 24.12.2025, and I have neither received the package nor obtained any meaningful resolution.I contacted Flamingo’s Life customer support three times. The first response I received was vague and unhelpful, essentially limited to “please wait”, without any concrete information or solution. The following two attempts were met with complete silence. Apparently, once patience is requested, further communication is no longer considered necessary.The courier selected by the company is also completely unreachable — no phone contact and no email replies — leaving the customer with no way to track or resolve the issue.It is extremely disappointing to spend a considerable amount of money on a product marketed with high expectations, only to be left feeling misled. Especially at this time of year, when delivery promises matter.I would strongly advise potential customers not to be swayed by the nice designs and polished marketing campaigns. Promises of delivery appear to be just that — promises. What you are more likely to receive instead is stress, frustration, and the unpleasant feeling of being ignored after your money is taken.A very disappointing and deceptive experience.
