This was my first purchase, placed on 12.12.2025, with delivery to Portugal and the reassuring note that the goods would arrive before Christmas. Today is 24.12.2025, and I have neither received the package nor obtained any meaningful resolution.I contacted Flamingo’s Life customer support three times. The first response I received was vague and unhelpful, essentially limited to “please wait”, without any concrete information or solution. The following two attempts were met with complete silence. Apparently, once patience is requested, further communication is no longer considered necessary.The courier selected by the company is also completely unreachable — no phone contact and no email replies — leaving the customer with no way to track or resolve the issue.It is extremely disappointing to spend a considerable amount of money on a product marketed with high expectations, only to be left feeling misled. Especially at this time of year, when delivery promises matter.I would strongly advise potential customers not to be swayed by the nice designs and polished marketing campaigns. Promises of delivery appear to be just that — promises. What you are more likely to receive instead is stress, frustration, and the unpleasant feeling of being ignored after your money is taken.A very disappointing and deceptive experience.
I've aleady ordered Flamingo's Life sneakers several times: 2 for myself, 2 for my daughter and 1 for my husband. I find their quality and design great, plus the shoes are very comfortable even for my wider feet.I cannot understand the negative reviews - I've always had great experience with the delivery and customer service. Once I had to send a pair back and the reply and refund took a bit longer than with big e-commerce platforms, but I think it's worth the wait.
Great design, but extremely frustrating warranty experience.I bought Flamingos Life shoes via an authorised retailer. After a defect appeared quickly, I contacted both the brand and the store. Flamingos Life acknowledged the issue but refused to handle it because it wasn’t bought on their own webshop. The retailer went completely silent despite repeated contact attempts.Months later, I’m still without replacement or refund. This level of after-sales support seriously damages my trust in the brand.
I have ordered a pair or WAIROA in black from this company, the size and fit is weird, so I am trying to return them. You need to request online to return before you can ship them, which is a very strange and annoying process as they don't get back to you. Please sort out your customer service.
I was pretty excited to find this company, and everything they stand for. Everything was great with the online purchase from their website, and shipping was fast (even down to little old New Zealand). The fit of the Stadion was great, and shoes comfortable. Unfortunately the upper started to split along the stitching at the front pretty much immediately. Flamingos' Life sent a replacement (different colour) straight away with great customer service. However, the replacement pair did exactly the same thing after a couple of weeks! I got a store credit this time, and have just received the third replacement. So I've taken one star off for each time the shoes have had to be replaced due to the fault.
Never again, money down the drainSizing is incorrect - website says size uk 7 is equivalent to 41 EU so I ordered this and it’s way too bigUncomfortable - weird fit and very uncomfortable - ugly - i bought burela bold panna and in reality they are all white. You don’t see the cream coloured bits- ridiculous returns process - made it impossible for me to retirn the item.
