I questions the violations of their laws and regulations. No response. I asked to self-exclude, closed the account - no response. They get the emails they just ignore them.They do not provide a safe gaming environment, don’t follow their own regulations. When asking for ADR contact, guess what - no response. Believe the 1 star reviews these guys are transaction laundering criminals, it’s sad because I have proof. Avoid Altacore, same experience with their sister site. Be warned.
