Withdraw is taking like forever. I withdrawed more than week ago and still havent recieved. Support is answering, but nothing is happening. Funny part. Made two withdraws, first withdraw was finished in few days, second is taking more than a week. They say that they have prioritized it, but nothing is changing. Still beeing processed. Bad experience

They do not respond to emails. Sent several over 4 weeks, not one response until I requested them to close the account then they offered me bonuses. I asked why they charged me using third party merchants getting around my gambling blocks, no response. I asked them why they did not do AML checks on my gambling behaviour, no response. I questions the violations of their laws and regulations. No response. I asked to self-exclude, closed the account - no response. They get the emails they just ignore them.They do not provide a safe gaming environment, don’t follow their own regulations. When asking for ADR contact, guess what - no response. Believe the 1 star reviews these guys are transaction laundering criminals, it’s sad because I have proof. Avoid Altacore, same experience with their sister site. Be warned.
Everything was great, instant withdrawal, after my first real winnings they reduced my maximum withdrawal to 500 euros, I was level 3 and they did not give my my birthday gift of 25$ how it is written, they removed all the bonuses, and made me wait months to withdraw 2000 euros, they were answering slowly to the emails and instead of asking all the required information in one email they use to answer one time per week with a new different request, like first send the statement, after one week, now the picture with the statement, after one week now the picture with yourself, after now the credit card with some numbers covered and flappy casino background.. I found it hilarious, my username it's bochoxmat, I have all the proofs and I am happy to share them, it was a comedy . I give 2 stars because at least I had fun at the beginning, and I really made money from their bonuses, but be careful they don't like people winning .
