I have ordered 2 products with Shopee and was sent thru flash express courier.Both orders were cancelled by sellers because riders tagged as delivery failed attempt. I was waiting for my orders, but the riders did not even contact me.then I ordered in Lazada and again with flash express courier.I am so pissed because it was tagged again as delivery failed attempt. the rider did not bother to contact me and just tagged as failed attempt.I hope the higher ups will be aware of how their staff handle deliveries and customer service.
