Terrible, kept on missing my doctors appointment trying to wait for their driver, I call and send sms but no response and at the end of the day delivery fail, then the driver reported he was calling me and I was not answering, which was a big lie. Our door was even open so that I can hear if someone was calling or knocking the gate. I reported the driver to their cs and was promised expedited delivery, but still no delivery. Please stop using their service, you’ll regret it.

I wish I could give zero stars!

I wish I could give zero stars! I couldn't update my contact number, so I attempted to reach out through the information provided in the tracking status. I even spoke with the support team three times to provide the updated contact number! The instructions on my package were completely ineffective!

I wish there was an option for zero stars! I was unable to update my contact number and reached out through the provided tracking status. I contacted customer service three times to send the updated number, but it was all in vain! The instructions on my parcel were also useless!

DECEPTIVE DELIVERY ATTEMPT

The so-called 'failed delivery' is a scam. I was never contacted, and the proof of an attempted delivery showed my parcel still in the warehouse. After reading other reviews, it's shocking that they aren't being investigated by the relevant authorities.

The only reason this unprofessional service continues to operate is that all delivery services in the area fall short of basic standards!

TRACKING NUMBER STILL NOT DELIVERED

The tracking number has yet to be delivered. I ordered on November 30 with an estimated delivery for December 5. The last update was on December 14, stating the parcel was on the way. As of January 3, the item has still not arrived. At the very least, they could provide an update regarding the delay.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT

I received a notice of a failed delivery attempt. No one called or texted me, and when I checked their app, it confirmed a failed attempt. I called the delivery person, and she claimed she came by at 11 AM, but my CCTV showed no one arrived. It was frustrating when she asked for my landmark after claiming she had already been here.

A FRUSTRATING DELIVERY SERVICE

I ordered nine parcels on the 18th for Christmas delivery. Eight arrived on time, but the one from this service is still missing as of January 1. It has been stuck at the local depot since the 22nd. Contacting them is pointless; they just tell you to wait. This service needs to shut down due to its inefficiency.
