I recently completed the tour of the Philippines, my second experience with the company. The tour was outstanding, and the moments I encountered were genuinely enchanting, particularly the camping on Ginto Island, the island hopping in El Nido, and the time spent with my group! Our guide, Rey, was a standout part of the journey! It was clear that he has a deep passion for his country and his work, and he, along with the other local guides, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after and that every moment was exceptional. I can’t express enough how great he was; he is the best guide I’ve ever encountered. The only drawback (and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars) was my experience with customer service prior to the trip. I had inquiries regarding the itinerary (some elements that appeared to be included were labeled as optional, meaning we needed to pay extra) and unfortunately, I didn’t receive a reply (despite sending 2 emails) until 3 weeks later. Although this experience won’t deter me from considering future trips with the company (as the tours and guides were fantastic), I hope they enhance their communication speed and ensure that the itinerary accurately reflects what they will genuinely provide.
