I had the best time on this trip!! All of the people I met, the fellow travelers and our guide, were so nice and I had a great time spending time with all of them! I felt like the trip was the perfect mix of activities. I had a blast and would definitely recommend to a friend!
Chile: Santiago to Patagonia was my 4th Flashpack adventure and the stunning beauty of the country exceeded my expectations. The trip itinerary provide the right balance of culture based activities, and challenging physical activity that allowed us to explore the various regions of Chile that each have something unique to offer. Francisco is definitely the best pack leader I’ve experienced. He listened to the group, and offered moments tailored to us! From coffee stops in the morning for the “coffee snobs”, to adding in different stops for pictures, creating separate tour options for injured travelers, and even scheduled a full day excursion for those of us who were staying in the area after the tour ended. Francisco is hilarious, personable and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the history and culture of Chile. If you get Francisco as your guide, be prepared for an amazing trip!!
Five stars just isn’t enough. I joined the “older aged” Sri Lanka tour in January 2026, and as this was my first organised solo group tour, I was a little hesitant at first. Any doubts disappeared quickly thanks to our amazing local guide, Prasa, our driver Amila, and the appropriately named GANGSTA van — they were truly next level.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every need, no matter how small, was catered for without any drama or stress. The local experiences Prasa organised were exceptional, and his pride, knowledge, and love for Sri Lanka were absolutely contagious.
While this tour was more expensive than others, the extra cost was well worth it for the smaller group size, better accommodation, and comfortable transport. If you want a holiday where you can simply turn up and enjoy, choose Flash Pack Tours. Trust their advice, knowledge, and experience — they’ve done this before, and from my perspective, you won’t be disappointed.
I certainly wasn’t, and I’m already planning another tour with them ASAP.
Hands down one of the best trips I have ever taken in my life. Our leader, Oscar, was magnificent, friendly, and helpful, and immediately became part of our group. I wish every Flash Pack adventure had him at the helm. The activities were spectacular, things that you could not book on your own. The hotels were great, the food was fantastic, and I look forward to booking more FP adventures.
I recently completed the tour of the Philippines, my second experience with the company. The tour was outstanding, and the moments I encountered were genuinely enchanting, particularly the camping on Ginto Island, the island hopping in El Nido, and the time spent with my group! Our guide, Rey, was a standout part of the journey! It was clear that he has a deep passion for his country and his work, and he, along with the other local guides, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after and that every moment was exceptional. I can’t express enough how great he was; he is the best guide I’ve ever encountered. The only drawback (and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars) was my experience with customer service prior to the trip. I had inquiries regarding the itinerary (some elements that appeared to be included were labeled as optional, meaning we needed to pay extra) and unfortunately, I didn’t receive a reply (despite sending 2 emails) until 3 weeks later. Although this experience won’t deter me from considering future trips with the company (as the tours and guides were fantastic), I hope they enhance their communication speed and ensure that the itinerary accurately reflects what they will genuinely provide.
I just completed my third adventure with the service, this time in Sri Lanka. While my previous two experiences were enjoyable, this one surpassed them all. It was exceptional in every way. Each accommodation was stunning, the activities were wonderfully diverse, and most importantly, the group bonded exceptionally well. The true highlight of the trip was our pack leader, who was a perfect mix of fun, kindness, knowledge, and organization. Anyone fortunate enough to have this leader will surely have an amazing trip.
I have just returned from an amazing tour in the Philippines and I’m not sure how to encapsulate this experience in a review… This was my first tour with this service. I had high hopes based on previous reviews, social media, and their website, and I can confidently say my expectations were exceeded! The itinerary was thoughtfully crafted, balancing activities and leisure time, with optional extras for those interested. From leisurely island hopping to kayaking, paddle boarding, quad biking, and many other activities, the variety was impressive. The entire team supporting the activities, from local guides to the talented chefs and the camp crew on the island, were all friendly, accommodating, passionate, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for their beautiful country and their dedication to meeting the group’s needs truly enhanced the experience. The pack leader was exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure that everyone in the group (14 people, quite a large gathering of strangers) felt included. Everyone was well taken care of, from accommodating special requests to retrieving lost belongings, and ensuring smooth, safe travels. He maintained a calm, organized, adaptable, and fun atmosphere! It was a joy to hear his stories and his deep appreciation for his country, the people he interacts with, and his work. I would highly recommend this service, particularly this tour, to anyone planning to visit the Philippines.
I had an unforgettable experience in Vietnam and Cambodia. Both guides were exceptional and went the extra mile throughout our journey. The activities were a fantastic blend of everything, with delightful surprises along the way! It was a highly engaging trip with minimal downtime, which was exactly what I desired. I even added a few days after the tour concluded for some extra relaxation. This was my first adventure with a group, and it certainly won’t be my last!
My trip to the Philippines was nothing short of amazing. The group leader surpassed all expectations with his exceptional ability to coordinate our activities, manage unexpected challenges (like weather and health issues), and guide us with kindness, patience, and humor. Every activity, whether included or optional, contributed to making this a truly unique experience (not to mention the fantastic cuisine!). Everyone we encountered was warm, helpful, and gracious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and would return in an instant.
This was my initial journey with the service, and I genuinely loved every moment. From the customer support to the overall experience, everything was organized seamlessly. We explored numerous locations, and each one was fantastic. My highlights were the hot air balloon ride and the dolphin/whale watching. Our guide was exceptional—knowledgeable and passionate about the area. She was incredibly patient and supportive when I needed medical assistance due to a minor procedure unrelated to the trip, staying by my side the whole time. I am truly thankful for her help, and the service also reached out to check on me. I will certainly plan another trip, and my fellow travelers shared wonderful stories about their experiences with the service. If it's your first time and you're considering going solo, I highly recommend it. It promises to be a fantastic adventure.
