Purchased a flash router, it was dead upon arrival. Tried to contact support but its by email only. Waited over a day to get a response and finally somone issued an RMA for return, but I have to pay for return shipping? More money to spend on this router for nothing. And no one from support contacts you or cares. Stay away, Nov 22 finally received a note that the router has been shipped. Also had to pay duties a second time because they failed to say to was a replacement under warranty. Had to pay return shipping and duties 2 times
