Fabulous service from Hannah. Great to be able to speak to a representative by phone, not just online. We gave her a rough outline of our travel plans and she quickly found multiple cost-effective and practical options for our trip. Much easier than doing our own research on various airline websites. The booking process was very easy and we were able to select preferred seating for our flights. We were also given options for travel insurance and hotel bookings.
the only thing i can fault was with the updated route we didnt receive the layover times which we assumed would have been similar to option one on the first layover sent out being business all the way and not mixed.otherwise very helpful with our time frame
Very helpful in finding difficult time frames for my first experience travelling business class and within a good price range. Also other details of other requirements well explained.
