Very upsetting experience.
I was charged CHF 29.95 per month and then told Flatfox Priority had a mandatory 6-month minimum term with no early cancellation.
What makes this especially unfair is that in Switzerland, unpaid debts can become a serious problem if they are formally enforced, including possible consequences for your "Betreibungsauszug".
That can matter later for things like renting a flat, getting credit, and even some job applications where a debt enforcement extract may be requested.
Because of that, this did not feel like a normal subscription dispute. It felt like being pressured to keep paying to avoid future problems. In my opinion, such a restrictive commitment should have been made much clearer from the start.
Be extremely careful before signing up. Read every condition closely, especially the minimum term and cancellation rules.
