Yes I did too fall in the scam of the priority deal, I can see this pattern is for every one using Flatfox, how can that be legal something is not right…it costed me 200 CHF over 6 months and no escape…I came from abroad and struggled a bit finding place to live, I succeeded using other method…but no other app was fraud like Flatfox, if they where good people behind Flatfox they would fix this robbery from people…

Flatfox is a well-structured platform and easy to use.However, the 7-day trial of Flatfox Priority converts automatically into a 6-month paid subscription if not cancelled during the trial period, and early termination is not possible.Homegate is much more transparent.
Completely useless with the new Priority Abo. Does not allow you to contact the listing in the first 7 days, while the listings realistically are online for 1-2 days. The company makes money on already desperate people looking for a place to live. Charging such a high price (30CHF) per month is just unethical. In a housing market like the Swiss is, we are just a cash cow for them. Sad!!
Warning: stay away from this app — scammers!They automatically extend the premium subscription without proper customer consent and lock you in for another 6 months. Every month you get charged 30 CHF for absolutely nothing, and there is no option to shorten or cancel this period.They are clearly taking advantage of the very difficult housing market situation. This is unethical and scandalous. Avoid this company!
Warning: Flatfox Priority feels like a scam!!!!I signed up for the 7-day trial of Flatfox Priority and cancelled my subscription on time on 5 July 2025, before the trial ended.Despite this, they still activated a 6-month paid plan and now say I’ll receive invoices until January 2026! I tried everything:• Sent 4 messages via their contact form• Emailed both info and support of flatfox.ch• Tried calling — no response at allThis is unacceptable. They ignore all requests and leave no way to resolve the issue. Be careful before signing up — they make it nearly impossible to cancel, and there’s no real customer support.
