Overall, the accommodation and platform experience were good. The apartment met our expectations and communication regarding the stay itself was smooth.However, we experienced a serious issue with payments. Unfortunately, card payments are restricted in some countries. Bank transfer was also problematic because the exact amount to be transferred is not always clear in advance, and even a small difference caused issues with the payment confirmation.We felt that Flatio was rather passive in helping to resolve this payment issue, which caused unnecessary stress. This is an area that definitely needs improvement.
