Flatio continues to respond as if professional on this website worried about their public reputation. The truth is that they have already decided they are not going to refund any monies I paid for rental of property that I had to vacate very early. They have kept all my funds and they will not work with me as the imply in their last comment. They also asked in their previous comment to provide where heat is guaranteed under their contract. So here it is directly from their contract on Page 3 of 8 Pages: "Without undue delay, however no later than within 24 hours of being notified by the Tenant, the Landlord shall procure a repair of a defect in the Residential Premises which prevents its use for the common purpose, in particular if the heating of the Residential Premises, heating of water, distribution of flowing water, Internet connection or cooker are not functioning (if they are included)." There never was in the original advertisement notice that there was no heat provided, or the 85 year old woman and I who leased the location in the wintertime would have NEVER leased it. Flatio also hasn't mentioned this case is before the European Commission for Consumers under case #2024/146875. Instead of at least providing me a refund for the days I did not stay in the home at the very least (even with no heat) they claim that only their contracted lanlord can provide this when the lease and payment I made are FLATIO's not the landllord's. So I am out $1517.00, had to pay to stay in another place (with heat) while on disability and on a limited income. That is not customer service, honoring their own contract, or doing the right thing so I say again Flatio, do the right thing.
