Excellent mid term rental platform for Czech Republic / Central Europe. Lower prices for tenants, higher income for landlords.We list our property there for rent, and it is a great supplement to our normal Airbnb bookings. We prefer Flatio bookings due to the length of stay and the lower fees. The platform works extremely well for mid-term bookings (over 1 week), although it isn't as suited (yet) for short-term bookings (less than a week). Their support and dev teams are fantastic and have changed code when there were integration issues with 3rd party PMS software.Overall it is excellent for both hosts and guests if you are in their area.
