I ordered a pair of shoes from FlatShop.in and was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The product I received was a duplicate/knock-off version, completely different from what was advertised on their website. The quality is awful — the materials are cheap, the stitching is poor, and it clearly isn’t the genuine item I paid for.Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and there has been no resolution or refund offered so far. For what I paid, this feels like a scam.I strongly advise others NOT to order from this site unless you want to waste your money on fake products and terrible service.
