I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Flatshop, and to my surprise, they delivered duplicate shoes instead of the actual product I ordered. I immediately tried to contact their support team through email, phone, and even their website, but there has been absolutely no response from them.It’s very frustrating when a company takes your money but doesn’t bother to provide proper customer service. No acknowledgement, no resolution, and no communication at all.I’m highly disappointed with this experience. I expected a simple response or replacement, but Flatshop has completely ignored my concern. I would not recommend shopping from Flatshop until they improve their customer support and take responsibility for their orders.
