I had a terrible experience with Flatshop. I returned my parcel as per their policy, but they never accepted the return and completely ignored all my emails and phone calls. I have proof of the return shipment, yet they refuse to respond or take any action.Their customer service is nonexistent, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Flatshop until they fix their support system and start honoring their return commitments.
