I wanted to cancel my Black membership as I was not getting as much use out of it as I had hoped. My fault, not Flaviar’s. To do this I had to reach out via email to their customer service group. Corky was the point person responding to me and he was great. He told me what needed to be done on their end, and that I’d hear back from him once things were dealt with. He followed up as promised the next day, and all was taken care of. Great customer service! The orders I’ve placed with Flaviar all worked out well. No issues. I just did not use it as often as I initially planned. Anyway, great company.
