I ordered a ring for £1260 in mid-September. After a few weeks without any updates, I contacted them on the 15th and received a lengthy response about a family crisis affecting their workers. They indicated it would take a few weeks. Weeks went by with no replies to my weekly emails for updates. When November arrived, I sought a refund but received no reply. I’m now pursuing a process with my bank to reclaim my money, as it seems they are doing this to many customers. Company records reveal they’re in significant debt, and they’ve paused their social media while continuing to operate the website and run sales. EDIT: I spoke with the actual jewellers, who indicated that this company is merely a middleman and that they might be able to assist. The jewellers were great and helped me out, but this company remains unresponsive.
