I ordered a ring through a payment service on August 31 of this year. While I understand there were issues due to high demand, I ultimately decided to cancel my order. I never received the ring, and despite sending three cancellation requests and asking for a refund, I haven't heard back from the company. I'm currently working with the payment service to resolve the issue, but nearly 5 months later, there has been no progress. This situation feels very untrustworthy.
I just found out that the original owners have gone out of business, leaving everyone in a tough spot! I've been in touch with one of their customer service representatives, but they have left everyone uninformed and are not returning any calls. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring in early October for a proposal. I emailed beforehand to confirm it was in stock and would arrive on time. They reassured me it would if I paid extra for faster delivery, which I did, totaling nearly £1500. As the proposal day approached, I still hadn't received the ring. I emailed daily for updates and received curt replies saying they'd forward my message to the factory. Four days before the proposal, I requested to cancel the order for a refund to purchase another ring, but my emails were ignored! I filed a dispute with my bank, waited 50 days for a response, and they had the audacity to contest it. Now, I must wait another 3-30 days for the outcome. Truly a terrible company!
Extremely poor service. We've waited nearly 2 months for a ring that was promised to arrive in weeks. Despite numerous emails seeking updates, they have not responded to our latest inquiries regarding updates or returns if they can't fulfill the order. You're spending a lot on a ring, and they should be transparent with their customers. This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered, and it's frustrating to keep following up without any replies. Their rings may appear beautiful online, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want to avoid hassle and stress.
I think this company has vanished! I've paid nearly £800 for something I likely won't receive. They aren't responding to emails, and my daughter has also tried contacting their sales team with no success. Now, I'm attempting to get my money refunded to my credit card.
I ordered a ring four weeks ago with a promised delivery of 2 weeks. I waited because reviews suggested allowing extra time. The tracking still shows 'pending shipment.' I've emailed three times with no response. Now, I'm starting a claim with my credit card to recover the money I paid. Very disappointed as it was intended as a birthday gift.
I am utterly appalled by how this company has handled my ring. It has lost its shape and two stones. I received an email stating I should send it back for free repairs. I complied but then waited around three weeks, despite being told it would be returned within 7 working days. When I called, I was treated poorly by a male staff member who refused to provide his name. He repeatedly questioned why I was wearing a woman's ring, which infuriated me. His customer service was atrocious. He stated the stones would be replaced, but the ring couldn't be fixed, claiming I caused the damage. He even suggested rings could lose shape from opening a car door. I challenged him on every point, especially considering the ring cost nearly £3k. Eliza has not responded to my emails, and upon calling again, I encountered the same rude man, who denied saying he would replace the stones and suggested I claim insurance instead. He also couldn’t clarify his connection to the company. There seems to be something very dubious happening here. Homophobic and reprehensible company—AVOID at all costs!
I ordered a ring for £1260 in mid-September. After a few weeks without any updates, I contacted them on the 15th and received a lengthy response about a family crisis affecting their workers. They indicated it would take a few weeks. Weeks went by with no replies to my weekly emails for updates. When November arrived, I sought a refund but received no reply. I’m now pursuing a process with my bank to reclaim my money, as it seems they are doing this to many customers. Company records reveal they’re in significant debt, and they’ve paused their social media while continuing to operate the website and run sales. EDIT: I spoke with the actual jewellers, who indicated that this company is merely a middleman and that they might be able to assist. The jewellers were great and helped me out, but this company remains unresponsive.
