my engagement ring that i ordered and received over the summer is beautiful, but i spent 3 months attempting to custom order a matching wedding band and i was never able to get in contact with anyone from the company to do so. i had to repeat myself every time i managed to get a message back, and was consistently told someone would get back to me yet the following week i would be ignored another time. worst customer service i have ever received from a company, so much so that i will be replacing the ring i bought from them in the first place! very disappointing for such a pretty piece to be ruined by such poor customer service, but i don’t even want anything attached to this business on my person.
