I’d never used Flayr before but needed a hair and make up artist at short notice. Flayr had a great selection of artists available and the booking process is so easy with clear instructions. The more info you can give your MUA, the better/easier for them to manage expectations. I can’t speak to cancellation policy as I didn’t require this service. I was very happy with the service provided by the MUA. I’d use this service again.
