I paid a deposit for a make up artist about 7 months ago for my wedding. Just 5 weeks before the wedding, she stopped replying to me. I contacted the company who kept telling me to allow more time (by this point I'd waited 6 days and heard nothing from her). They tried to contact her, with no success. So I found a new make up artist on short notice, and requested my refund. It's now been 4 days since that, and they haven't agreed to process my refund of deposit yet. Really unhappy and it's causing so much stress just before my big day. Will never use again.
