As a makeup artist, I would assert that this platform is not worth it in terms of customer service. Their policies do not adequately support makeup artists, as they fail to consider both sides of the story before taking immediate action, such as suspending a makeup artist's account and posting a 1-star review. What's worse is that even when they realize it's not the makeup artist's fault, they neglect to remove the damaging 1-star review, which has significantly harmed my profile.I hope the owner of Flayr can consider my feedback to enhance their customer services.
