APPALLED!0 stars from me. One day out from my formal my makeup artist decides to check the address. I have this booked for three months and only now is she checking the details. Not only did she tell me that Brisbane was a suburb but told me Sandgate wasn't in Brisbane. She told me that I could go to Darra 40 minutes away, come to her and get my makeup done. I didn't have time to go to Darra because its my formal day. She was going to charge me $1000 extra to drive 40 minutes to my house when the makeup service itself was $180. I booked for a travelling makeup artist but she pulled out at the last minute because she was too lazy to drive to me, even after I offered to pay her fuel money. I paid a $40 deposit for this service which i asked for a refund as she pulled out, but was denied by refunds and told i could use it on another artist in the site. $40 is a lot for a casual employed high school student and they told me the only way to get it back was to book through their website again and pay for another artist.
