Disappointing experience with the birthday bouquet

I ordered a supersize designer birthday bouquet for my mother-in-law. The image displayed a large, stunning bouquet in a vase, but to my surprise, there was no vase included. The website also crashed multiple times, yet the payment went through without issue. Furthermore, I had included a message, but no card was provided. Spending over $100, I expected basic items like a card and a vase, especially since they were shown in the picture. I recommend saving your money and purchasing from another provider.

Consistent service with excellent support

I have utilized this service multiple times without any problems. However, I encountered an issue with my last delivery and spoke with a representative who was exceptional and resolved the matter immediately. I received outstanding customer service from her.

Disappointed with the delivery service

My daughter ordered flowers and paid extra for timely delivery. Unfortunately, the bouquet was left at the door and froze because the delivery person did not ring the bell. The arrangement is a complete disaster and looks nothing like the picture, aside from the colors. I wish I could share photos to illustrate how terrible it turned out. Such a letdown! Unprofessional service! I wouldn't recommend it!

The flowers and fruit basket were nothing like the product image. I spent a significant amount for something that looked like it came from a grocery store. I'm really upset with the service.

Frozen bouquet didn't match the picture

My daughter sent me flowers and paid extra for timely delivery. The bouquet was left at the door and froze because the delivery person didn’t ring the bell. The bouquet is a total mess and barely resembles the picture. I'd love to share pictures to show how poorly it turned out. Such a letdown! Unprofessional service! Avoid this place!

Extremely disappointing service

The flower arrangement was poorly done. There were no Christmas decorations as requested, and it was supposed to have yellow flowers instead of white. I paid for a get well card, but received a typed note with spelling errors. It also wasn’t delivered on time. I spent almost a hundred dollars on an unattractive basket of very cheap flowers.
