No customer support by email at all.
This is a very nice looking light. The only problem with it was my own fault. I was looking for an electric outside light that could be hardwired. I was disappointed when it arrived, but that was my own fault. It is so nice looking that I am keeping it and putting it in a different place that doesn't need as much light.
Package came requiring a signature which wasn’t known before hand, from then it took the US Post Office 4 more days to deliver the package. In that 4 days, I had help that I could have installed the light. The jury is still out on the quality of light - I believe it’s the same kind that I currently have on which lasted less than a year. I requested confirmation that this was / was not the case via email and have not received a response.
My order has not v yet arrived. That is the reason for 1 star. My first order was slightly delayed, typical of USPS. This one is in to week 3.The products are great when they arrive. However it seems USPS delivery is less reliable than usual. Government shut down ? Tariffs? Election madness? Who knows?
