This really seems like a scam if it is not...

This really seems like a scam to me,cannot proove it, but here is what happened to me: -I ordered flowers on the website for around 120$- After having given my credit card information, I saw a confirmation that the paiement went through and that I would receive a confirmation e-mail.-This confirmation e-mail never came. There was no proof of the transaction.-I tried calling custumer's service, they say there that the personal have no access to the specific purchases and we should go on the online chat.-I waited about 10 minutes on the chat and asked for a confirmation.-They sent me an e-mail that landed in my SPAM which had no Title and NO CONTENT. Still no proof of the transaction...-I asked in the chat to be refunded and they threw at me their one hour maximum after the purchace policy (no refund after one hour past the purchase) -I mentioned in the chat that within 1 hour, I HAD NO CHANCE TO CANCEL my purchace and NO INFORMATION ABOUT IT. I now hope that my bank will block this transaction and that the information of my credit card will stay at that company.That was my experience. I highly disrecommend it.
